1. Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation
- Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, linking to, selling, or distributing child sexual abuse material is prohibited.
- Grooming, sexual conversation with minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation, and arranging in-person exploitation are prohibited.
- Content that sexualizes, fetishizes, identifies, threatens, or facilitates access to a minor is prohibited.
- Synthetic, altered, illustrated, or AI-generated sexual content involving apparent minors is prohibited.
2. Prevention and age controls
All members must declare they are 18 or older. Dating additionally requires age assurance. Credible reports, risk signals, or conflicting age information may cause immediate restriction while reviewed. We prohibit adults from helping minors evade age gates.
3. Reporting a concern
Use the report control on the relevant profile, message, media, Circle, or event. For a pre-launch or access issue, contact our designated child-safety point of contact at [email protected]. Do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal material to make a report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
4. Our response
We prioritize child-safety reports, restrict suspected accounts and content, preserve evidence where legally required, and escalate confirmed or suspected child sexual exploitation to the legally designated reporting body or law-enforcement authority where required. We cooperate with valid legal requests and do not notify a suspected offender when doing so could create risk or compromise an investigation.
5. Operational safeguards
- Trained, least-privilege reviewers and documented escalation paths.
- Restricted access to evidence and controls against unnecessary copying or exposure.
- Account, device, network, and behavior signals to detect ban evasion and coordinated harm.
- Regular review of reporting, response time, enforcement quality, and legal obligations.
