1. Consent and personal boundaries
- Stop contact when someone declines, blocks, leaves, or withdraws consent.
- Do not pressure anyone for romance, sexual activity, images, money, personal details, or off-platform contact.
- Do not record, screenshot, redistribute, or expose private content without authorization.
- A match, gift, subscription, or prior conversation never means continuing consent.
2. Child safety: zero tolerance
- No minor may use Zura or appear in a dating context.
- Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, sexualization, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual material involving a minor are prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Do not share content that identifies or endangers a minor, including school, live location, contact details, or exploitative imagery.
- Report suspected child endangerment immediately through Zura reporting tools and local emergency services when danger is imminent.
3. Sexual content and services
- Adult dating and respectful flirting are allowed only in the opt-in dating experience.
- Nudity, pornography, graphic sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, fetish solicitation, and sexualized public profiles are prohibited.
- Sexual services, escorting, sugar dating, trafficking, transactional sex, and solicitation are prohibited.
- Unsolicited sexual messages, images, audio, or video are prohibited.
4. Abuse, hate, and dangerous conduct
- No harassment, bullying, stalking, credible threats, incitement, glorification of violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
- No attacks or dehumanization based on protected characteristics, and no support for violent extremist organizations.
- No doxxing, swatting, blackmail, extortion, or exposure of private information.
- Content documenting abuse for awareness must not praise, facilitate, or unnecessarily expose victims.
5. Authenticity and platform integrity
- No impersonation, fake identity verification, deceptive profile information, coordinated manipulation, or ban evasion.
- No scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, spam, fake giveaways, romance fraud, money requests, or deceptive commercial activity.
- No bots, scraping, credential testing, malware, security exploitation, artificial engagement, or unauthorized automation.
- Parody or fan accounts must be clear and must not mislead people about identity or affiliation.
6. Illegal and regulated goods
- Do not buy, sell, facilitate, or promote illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit documents, or other illegal activity.
- Do not promote gambling, alcohol, tobacco, financial products, medical claims, or other regulated goods where prohibited or without required authorization and targeting.
- Ads and promotions must be truthful, identifiable, and comply with local law and Zura advertising rules.
7. Intellectual property
Share only material you created or are authorized to use. We respond to complete copyright and trademark notices and may restrict repeat infringers.
8. Reporting, enforcement, and appeals
Members can report content, accounts, messages, and live interactions and can block another member. Zura considers context, severity, history, credible risk, and applicable law. Outcomes can include warnings, content removal, reduced discovery, feature limits, verification, suspension, or termination. We preserve an appeal path where appropriate and prioritize urgent threats and child safety reports.
