1. Submit a notice
Send a complete notice to [email protected] with your contact information, the protected work, the exact Zura location of the material, a good-faith explanation, a statement of accuracy and authority, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Review and action
We review complete notices, may request clarification, remove or restrict material where appropriate, notify the affected member where permitted, and maintain a policy for repeat infringers. Misrepresenting a claim may create legal liability.
3. Counter-notices
Where applicable law provides a counter-notice process, the affected member may identify the removed material, explain why removal was mistaken, provide required declarations and contact information, and consent to the appropriate legal process.
